Whether you're postponing or rescheduling your big day, we have customizable cards available so you can let all your guests know the new plan in no time.
First, we set up a phone call with you to talk about our process, pricing, and expectations up front. Treat this phone call like speed dating—we both are deciding whether we're a good match to design your big day. If it all goes well, by the end of the phone call we'll schedule a time to meet in person.
1. Free Consultation
Starting with a consultation that is completely free and ending with custom stationery that is perfectly packaged, dropped in the mail and delivered to each of your guests without you having to lift a finger. Sound too good to be true? It's not. See how the magic happens below.
We love to meet up, grab a coffee, and talk about what you’re envisioning for your wedding stationery.
At this meeting, we'll take a look at design samples, nail down your color palette, touch and feel all the paper options, and discuss all the pretty ways we can tie your pieces together inside the envelope.
This is your opportunity to let us know what your likes and dislikes are so that when we start designing, we know exactly where to start and what might be a good fit for your big day.
2. let's chat
After our meeting, we give you time to think everything over and decide whether we're the right fit for your wedding.
If that answer is "yes!", we will send you a quote + an invoice for the deposit covering all the things we discussed at our in-person meeting.
We will also send a contract laying out the expectations that will require your e-signature before we begin the design process.
3. sign here, please
Once we've received your deposit, we start designing!
We create two to three completely different options for you to choose from. If nothing quite fits, we have unlimited edits, so you can send us corrections and we'll create something new or we'll make some slight adjustments to make it work.
These are your wedding invitations, so we want you to be 100% in love with what we create for you.
4. time to design
After we've nailed down the design, we print, pour wax, tie bows, and completely assemble your invitations for you.
We will even put them in the mail for you if you’d like so you have one less thing you have to worry about. Because, girl, we know you have a lot on your plate when you're planning a wedding.
5. signed, sealed, delivered
Now that your invitations are in the mail and guests are starting to send in RSVPs, it's time to start working on day-of designs.
Any programs, menus, tags, signs, or escort cards for the day-of are created a few weeks before the wedding day. By keeping the same design elements from your invites, these wedding day items are tied into the look and feel of the entire event.
6. day-of designs
Your day-of designs have arrived from the printer, been delivered to you and are now all set up for your big day.
We also save a sample of your invitation to give to your photographer for all the detail shots on your wedding day. This invitation also doubles as a special keepsake to hang on to for years to come.

Our wedding invitations range anywhere from $7 to $18 per invitation suite and we have a minimum cost of $1,000 for all custom wedding invitations. Please keep in mind that all of our estimates are based on paper quality, printing techniques and any customizations.

What is an 'invitation suite'?
Custom wedding invitations range anywhere from $7 to $18 per suite. We require a minimum of $750 for custom wedding invitation design. Learn more about our services and materials here.
For wedding invitations and other paper goods, it tends to take about two weeks for your items to be printed. If your invitations require special printing techniques such as thermography, letterpress, foil stamping, etc., we ask for a minimum of three weeks.
Absolutely! We offer calligraphy as it's very own service, so you can book us for all of your calligraphy needs even if you don't need any paper goods.
It depends on what type of calligraphy you're interested in. If you'd like your addressed hand-written for your invitations, it ranges from $2 to $5 per envelope.
Fun fact, we work out of our homes! So, we like to meet our clients-to-be in coffee shops if possible. But, if coffee is not your thing, we'll let you pick your poison and go where you like!
An 'invitation suite' is a fancy term for the entire wedding invitation package. Included in a typical 'suite' is the invitation, a reply card and matching envelope, a details card, and a mailer envelope
